Vancouver, British Columbia – December 23, 2022 – Superior Mining International Corp. (“Superior Mining” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: SUI) (OTC: SUIFF) is pleased to announce a $652,500 non-brokered private placement of flow-through funds.
The flow-through financing will consist of 1,450,000 flow-through shares, priced at $0.45 each for gross proceeds of $652,500. Each Flow-Through share will consist of one common flow-through share in the capital of the Company and no share purchase warrant. The proceeds from the financing will be used for drilling and exploration activities on the Company’s recently acquired Vieux Comptoir Lithium Property in the James Bay region of Quebec (see press release dated December 7, 2022). The Company plans to close the financing on December 29, 2022. The Company may pay a cash finders fee of up to 6% in respect of the financing.
